SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to optional customer SMS text messages from Affinity Mechanical Services, Inc.
Messages and consent
By selecting the separate SMS checkbox on our contact form and submitting it, you agree to receive SMS messages from Affinity Mechanical Services, Inc. at the number you provide for customer service, scheduling, service updates, and requested-estimate follow-ups relating to our plumbing and mechanical piping work. This permission does not include unrelated promotional campaigns or messages from other companies.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing services. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Entering a phone number alone does not provide SMS consent. Provide only a number you are authorized to use. We record the disclosure and your affirmative choice with the submission date and source.
Frequency and charges
Messaging frequency may vary with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Stop messages or get help
To opt out at any time, text STOP. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. For assistance, text HELP or visit https://affinitymechanicalservices.com/. You can also call 973.419.6571, or use our contact form. You can continue to communicate with us by phone or through the website without agreeing to SMS.
Delivery and availability
Our customer SMS program uses RingCentral when messaging is available. Delivery depends on network, carrier, and service availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages for emergencies or time-critical instructions.
Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Consent applies only to Affinity Mechanical Services, Inc. See our Privacy Policy for the information collected, its uses, and service-provider processing.
