Affinity Mechanical Services, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") uses personal information to respond to inquiries and provide plumbing, mechanical piping, design/build, retrofit, and service support. This policy covers this company's website, related project and service communications, and customer SMS messages.
Information we collect
- Information you submit: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the contents of your inquiry. Your message may include a jobsite location, project scope, schedule, equipment details, or other information you choose to provide.
- Project and service communications: information you provide when requesting an estimate, arranging work, seeking customer service, or following up on a service request, including related correspondence and text-message contents.
- SMS choices: when you select the optional SMS checkbox, we record the phone number, company, submission timestamp, source form URL, disclosure text and version, and links to the privacy policy and messaging terms presented with that choice.
- Website technical information: our web server receives request information such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information, and referring page when supplied by your browser. The website uses cookies for form security and, when applicable, staff sign-in sessions.
How we use information
We use this information to evaluate and route inquiries, prepare and follow up on requested estimates, arrange appointments and work, provide service updates and customer support, maintain inquiry and service records, and operate and protect the website. SMS opt-in records document your choice to receive the types of messages described below. Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS checkbox does not give SMS consent.
Who processes information and why
Authorized personnel use inquiry and service information to handle your request. Website inquiries are saved in our staff-accessible website system. DigitalOcean provides the website's hosting infrastructure and storage. Communications providers process the contact details and message contents needed to deliver communications; RingCentral provides the SMS messaging service described in our Messaging Terms when messaging is available.
For requested project or service work, relevant job and contact details may be provided to the people carrying out or coordinating that work, such as technicians, project representatives, and suppliers when needed for the request. We may disclose non-consent information when required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims. These purposes do not authorize anyone else to use your SMS permission.
SMS consent and privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.
Your SMS permission is specific to Affinity Mechanical Services, Inc. We do not sell, rent, transfer, or provide SMS opt-in information to another company for its marketing or messaging. Consent to this company's messages does not authorize messages from Echelon Services, LLC or any other affiliate. General information-sharing descriptions in this policy exclude SMS consent. Infrastructure and messaging providers support our storage and delivery of communications on our behalf; they receive no permission to contact you for their own purposes.

If you opt in, messages concern customer service, scheduling, service updates, and requested-estimate follow-ups. Messaging frequency may vary with your requests and service activity. Keeping information

Contact us about retention or deletion of your information; records needed for ongoing work or legal obligations may need to be retained. No website or communications system can guarantee absolute security.
